Liquid measuring cup
Measuring Spoons
- 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- ¼ cup Apple Butter Store bought or homemade
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy cream. Whip until still peaks form.
Add the powdered sugar, apple butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Carefully fold all the ingredients together until everything is incorporated. You don't want to deflate the cream by mixing the ingredients too forcefully.
Serve chilled topped with cinnamon, chopped walnuts, or diced apples.
- When whipping the cream, stop as soon as stiff peaks form to avoid turning it into butter.
- For the best results when whipping cream, chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 15 minutes before starting. This helps the cream whip faster and hold its shape better.
- This is a great recipe to make ahead of time! It will stay fresh for up to 2-3 days if kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator
