Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Milk Your favorite variety
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl or a liquid measuring cup. Mix well.
  • Pour the ingredients into two containers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before enjoying.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen blueberries in this recipe.  No need to thaw frozen blueberries.
  • To make your pudding even more filling, mix in some Greek yogurt or a scoop of your favorite protein powder along with the other ingredients.
  • This recipe makes two chia seed puddings, but you could easily double or triple this recipe for meal prep.
