Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt or Plain
  • 1 cup Milk Your favorite variety
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Plus more if you like it sweet
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.

Notes

  • This smoothie recipe makes one large smoothie or two smaller smoothies.  You can easily double or triple this recipe if your blender is big enough.
  • To make the smoothie thicker, add more ice cubes.  To make the smoothie thinner, use more milk.
  • In place of maple syrup, you can use honey, agave syrup, or even a little bit of sugar.
