Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Room temperature
  • cup Butter Room temperature
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • cup Brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and butter. With a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese and butter until creamed together.
  • Add the sugars and vanilla extract. Mix again until creamy
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and mix until fully combined. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Notes

  • Use a full fat cream cheese for this dip.  Low fat or fat free tend to be more watery and can change the texture and flavor of the dip.
  • You can easily double or triple this recipe and keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy it.
  • Serve this yummy dip with graham crackers, pretzels, fruit, or broken waffle cones.
