Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Mason Jars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin spice
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Mix Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice until smooth. Layer yogurt mixture and granola in small jars. Top with a sprinkle of extra granola before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to use pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling.  Pumpkin pie filling will have too much spice for these parfaits.
  • To make these extra decadent, top them with homemade whipped cream.
  • These parfaits are great for meal prep.  Make a big batch on the weekends and enjoy them throughout the week.
