Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Hand Mixer

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature
  • cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Strawberry Jam
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream or whipped topping

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the strawberry jam and mix. Fold in the whipped topping or whipped cream.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a dollop of strawberry jam or fresh chopped strawberries for garnish.

Notes

  • This can be made up to 24 hours in advance.  Mix the dip well and place it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
  • If you would like other flavors, you can use whatever type of jam you like! I love blueberry jam, peach jam, apricot jam, or a mixed berry jam for this recipe.
