This 3-ingredient chocolate mousse is incredibly easy to whip up and makes the perfect quick, rich dessert! No eggs, no gelatin, no worries! It’s ideal for those times when you want something special but don’t feel like turning on the oven. It's definitely a favorite in our house!

Equipment

  • Stand Mixer
  • Liquid measuring cup
  • Measuring Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups Heavy Cream
  • cup Cocoa Powder Sifted
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar Sifted

Instructions

  • In a cold mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and whip for 1-2 minutes until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Whip until stiff peaks form. Serve in glasses topped with berries and chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • If you don't have a stand mixer, use a large mixing bowl and a hand mixer.
  • Serve this mousse with some homemade whipped cream and chocolate shavings. You can serve this in individual cups or in one large serving bowl with whipped cream on the side.
