3 Minute Blueberry Raspberry Smoothie

This delicious Blueberry Raspberry Smoothie is ready in two minutes and it perfect for a filling breakfast or an afternoon snack! It's full of tangy berries and so easy to make!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raspberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes If using fresh fruit

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you are using frozen fruit, you do not have to add ice cubes.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use more ice cubes.  For a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder, chia seeds, or flax seeds for some extra nutrition.
  • This recipe makes one large smoothie or two smaller smoothies.  You can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd.
