Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blackberries Washed
  • 1 cup Strawberries Washed, hulled, and cut in half
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen berries in this smoothie.  If you are using fresh berries, add a handful of ice cubes to the smoothie.
  • Instead of almond milk, you can use whole milk, 2% milk, your favorite non dairy milk, or even orange juice or coconut water.
  • Add in a scoop of your favorite protein powder or ½ cup of old fashioned oats for a more filling smoothie.
