- 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1 large Banana Fresh or Frozen
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 1 cup Ice cubes about 1 handful
- This makes one large smoothie or two small smoothies. You can easily double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd.
- If you are using fresh fruit, add up to 2 cups of ice cubes. If you want a thick smoothie, add a lot of ice cubes. For a thinner smoothie, don't use as many ice cubes.
- For a milkshake texture, add in a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.
- Once the smoothie is blended, taste it. If you berries are a little more tart, you may want to add some maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey for added sugar.
