Ingredients

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Small fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Thread a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf onto each skewer. Arrange skewers on a serving plate and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Notes

  • You can easily double or triple this recipe if you are feeding a crowd or need a lot of skewers.
  • Use different color tomatoes for a fun, colorful appetizer.
  • You can use grape tomatoes if you prefer.  If the cherry tomatoes are a little too big, cut them in half before you skewer them with the mozzarella and basil.
