Carrot Cake Milkshake

If you’re craving carrot cake but don’t feel like baking (or just want a fun way to sip your dessert), this Carrot Cake Milkshake is the answer! It’s rich, creamy, and packed with warm spices, tasting just like a slice of cake in a glass. Best of all, it comes together in just minutes!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Carrots Shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Crushed Pineapple

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes on high. Pour into a glass and top with homemade whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

  • This recipe makes two smaller milkshakes or one large milkshake.  You can easily double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd.
  • You can freeze this milkshake too! Simple make it and then freeze it in small portions.  When you are ready to enjoy it, place it in a blender with a little milk to blend it up.
