Ingredients

  • 1 Banana Very ripe
  • 2 tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Milk Almond milk or your favorite milk
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Portion the mixture into two airtight containers or mason jars. Cover and let sit for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Top with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • This recipe makes two chia seed puddings.  You can easily double or triple this recipe to meal prep or to feed a crowd.
  • To increase the protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or some Greek yogurt to this recipe.
