Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas Overripe, brown and spotty.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt or your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup Milk your favorite variety
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • If you have frozen bananas, use those! Do not add ice cubes if you are using frozen bananas.
  • For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes. For a thinner smoothie, add a little more milk.
  • If you prefer your coffee to not be as sweet, leave out the sugar. You can also use honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup instead of sugar in this recipe.
  • Taste the smoothie as you go! Once the smoothie is blended, give it a taste and adjust. You may need more milk, more sugar, more ice, whatever you like!
  • This recipe makes one large smoothie or two small smoothies. You can easily double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd or for a larger smoothie as a meal replacement.
