- 2 Bananas Overripe, brown and spotty.
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt or your favorite flavor
- 1 cup Milk your favorite variety
- 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- If you have frozen bananas, use those! Do not add ice cubes if you are using frozen bananas.
- For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes. For a thinner smoothie, add a little more milk.
- If you prefer your coffee to not be as sweet, leave out the sugar. You can also use honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup instead of sugar in this recipe.
- Taste the smoothie as you go! Once the smoothie is blended, give it a taste and adjust. You may need more milk, more sugar, more ice, whatever you like!
- This recipe makes one large smoothie or two small smoothies. You can easily double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd or for a larger smoothie as a meal replacement.
