Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple Fresh or Frozen
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the desired consistency is reached.

Notes

  • This recipe will make one large smoothie or two smaller smoothies.  You can easily double this recipe for even more smoothies for a crowd.
  • Add protein powder to the smoothie for a bigger protein kick!
  • Spinach, kale, flax seeds, chia seeds, or hemp seeds are all great options to up the nutrition in this smoothie.
