- 2 cups Red Grapes Fresh or Frozen
- 1 ripe Banana
- ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk Your favorite milk
Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Add them to the blender.
Peel the banana and add it to the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. If you are using fresh grapes, add 1 cup of ice. Blend until the desired consistency is reached.
- If you are using fresh grapes, add some extra ice cubes to make the smoothie colder.
