Creamy Grape Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Red Grapes Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk Your favorite milk

Instructions

  • Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Add them to the blender.
  • Peel the banana and add it to the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. If you are using fresh grapes, add 1 cup of ice. Blend until the desired consistency is reached.

Notes

  • If you are using fresh grapes, add some extra ice cubes to make the smoothie colder.
  • This recipe makes one large smoothie or two small smoothies.  You can easily double or triple it for a bigger meal or to feed a crowd.
  • You can add in peanut butter, protein powder, or chia seeds to make this smoothie even more filling.
