Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kale cleaned and stems removed
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Mango Pieces Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1 cup Milk Your Favorite Variety
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Use your favorite milk in this smoothie. Almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk, whole milk, or your favorite nondairy milk.  You can also use orange juice or coconut water if that is what you have on hand.
  • To make this smoothie thicker, add a handful of ice cubes.  To make it thinner, add more liquid.
