Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knives
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened, Full fat
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles Chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Pickle Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Serve immediately or chill the dip in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld together

Notes

  • I suggest double to tripling this dip if you are entertaining.  It's a great dip that is easy to make and it also tastes great as it hangs out in the refrigerator.
  • For a kick, add some hot sauce or chopped jalapenos for some heat.
  • Do not use low fat or fat free cream cheese.  That will make the dip more watery than we are looking for and it will change the texture and flavor of the dip.
