- 1 cup Mixed Berries Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Banana Fresh or Frozen
- ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- If you are using fresh berries, use a mixture of berries so that it equals about 1 cup. This would be about ⅓ cup of raspberries, ⅓ cup of blueberries, and ⅓ cup of strawberries for example.
- When using all fresh fruit, make sure that you are adding ice cubes to the smoothie too.
- This will make 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies. You can easily double or triple this recipe if you are serving a crowd.
