This matcha milkshake is my go-to summer treat! It’s sweet, creamy, and has that cozy earthy-floral vibe from the tea, so refreshing and ridiculously easy to make!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender
  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream Your favorite brand
  • ½ cup Milk Whole milk is best, but use what you have!
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder High quality

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until thick and smooth.

Notes

  • Top this milkshake off with some homemade whipped cream if you've got a little extra time!
  • Use ceremonial grade matcha.  You can usually find it on Amazon, but it's widely available in more stores since it has become so popular in the past few years.
  • You can double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd.
  • Feel free to add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for a little extra sweetness if you find the matcha a little too bitter.
