Ingredients

  • ½ cup Milk Your Favorite Variety
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Orange Peeled and segmented
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until the desired thickness is reached, about 1 minute.

Notes

  • This smoothie recipe will make 2 smaller smoothies or one large smoothie.  You can easily double this recipe for two large smoothies.
  • Frozen bananas are a great choice if you have those in the freezer.  
  • To make this a thicker recipe, add more ice.  The more ice, the thicker the smoothie will be.
