Equipment

  • Liquid measuring cup
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt Your favorite variety
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced very fine
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Buttermilk or whole milk

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl or a liquid measuring cup. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the flavors meld together.

Notes

  • You can easily double or triple this recipe.  It's great for meal prep! Make a really big batch, keep it in a mason jar in the refrigerator and use it throughout the week.
  • Use a full fat Greek yogurt for a thicker dressing, or a fat free or low fat yogurt for a thinner, more dressing like consistency.
  • This recipe is great on a crudité platter, as a salad dressing, or as a dip.  It's great wherever you would use store bought ranch dressing.
