  • 1 cup Milk Your favorite variety
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Plus more if you prefer it sweeter
  • 1 Lemon Juiced and zested

Instructions

Notes

  • This recipe makes two servings, but you can easily double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd or to meal prep for the week.
  • Get creative with toppings! Fresh berries, sliced bananas, shredded coconut, nuts, seeds, granola, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup are all great toppings.
  • If the pudding is too thick, add a bit more milk to thin out the pudding. You can also add a splash of milk right before you are ready to enjoy it to thin out the pudding a little. This is especially helpful if you make the recipe well in advance of when you are going to enjoy it.
