- 1 Cup Apple Chopped, about 1 medium apple
- 1 Cup Milk Whole milk or your favorite nondairy milk
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup More if the apple is tart
- ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- Ice Cubes a handful
