Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mango Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 Cup Apple Chopped, about 1 medium apple
  • 1 Cup Milk Whole milk or your favorite nondairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup More if the apple is tart
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Ice Cubes a handful

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until the smoothie is the consistency you desire.

Notes

  • This recipe makes one large smoothie or two small.  You can easily double or triple this recipe to serve a crowd or if you are using it as a meal replacement or after workout snack.
  • You can peel the apple, but you don't have to.  Apple peels will blend easily in a high speed blender.
  • If you are using fresh mango instead of frozen mango, add some ice cubes to the blender.
