No Churn Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Equipment

  • Hand Mixer or stand mixer
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Loaf pan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream Very cold
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12-15 Oreos Crushed

Instructions

  • Pour the heavy cream into a large mixing bowl. Whip cream to stiff peaks.
  • In a separate bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Gently fold in crushed Oreos.
  • Pour into a loaf pan, cover, and freeze 4–6 hours.

Notes

  • You can easily double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd.  Just make sure you have a big enough airtight container to freeze the ice cream in.
  • Top your ice cream with some crushed Oreos and of course homemade whipped cream!
