Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk Your favorite type
  • 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a jar. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Use your favorite type of milk in this recipe.  Almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, cashew milk, or dairy milk will all work.
  • To up the protein in this recipe, add some Greek yogurt or a scoop of your favorite protein powder to make this a filling meal.
