Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls
  • Hand Mixer
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Whipped Topping or Homemade Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese. Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth.
  • Once the cream cheese is smooth and creamy, add in the peanut butter. Keep mixing until it’s well combined with the cream cheese.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Don’t stir too vigorously. Just fold it in carefully to keep that fluffy texture.

Notes

  • If you feel like it needs more sweetness, feel free to add a little more powdered sugar. If you want more peanut butter flavor, you can add a little more peanut butter at this stage.
  • If you’re not in a rush, it’s always a good idea to chill the dip for about 30 minutes. This gives it a little more time to set and makes it even creamier.
  • You can easily double or triple this recipe when serving a crowd.
