Are you ready for a snack that's creamy, sweet, and a total crowd pleaser? This Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip is it! This dessert dip is super easy to whip up and absolutely delicious! You can serve it with fruit, pretzels, or just grab a spoon and enjoy.
If you love this dip you'll move my cannoli dip, strawberry cheesecake dip, and my Oreo dip too!

My family is obsessed with peanut butter cheesecake dip! We love all things peanut butter! I love peanut butter mousse, frozen peanut butter hot chocolate, chocolate peanut butter chia seed pudding, and peanut butter milkshakes!
The peanut butter flavor is rich and creamy, but not overwhelming, and the cheesecake gives it that dreamy, smooth texture that everyone loves. It’s sweet enough to satisfy a dessert craving but not so heavy that it feels like too much. Plus, it’s just so easy to make!
My kids love dipping apple slices and pretzels in it, and the salty-sweet combo is so good. I’ve caught my husband sneaking spoonfuls when he thinks no one is looking, it's that good! Whether we're serving it for a party or just a random snack at home, it’s always a hit!
Ingredients to Make Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip

- Cream cheese. This is the base of the dip. Full fat cream cheese is the best here. It is a no bake dessert after all!
- Peanut butter. Creamy peanut butter will give you a nice smooth texture, but you can use chunky peanut butter if you prefer. Natural peanut butter will work perfectly in this recipe.
- Powdered sugar. For sweetness. Granulated sugar will add a little bit of a gritty texture, so we want to use powdered sugar in this recipe.
- Whipped topping, or you can make your own homemade whipped cream and use that if you don't like using whipped topping.

Substitutions and Variations
Here are some fun ways to make this dip your own! I love a good swap depending on what I’ve got in the pantry or the vibe I’m going for. Here are a few ideas:
- Add extra peanut butter for a more intense flavor. You could also mix in peanut butter chips for some texture!
- Stir in some cocoa powder or mini chocolate chips into the dip for a chocolate-peanut butter combo that's to die for.
- Use Greek yogurt in place of the full-fat cream cheese for a slightly lighter dip.
- If peanuts aren’t your thing, you can substitute with almond butter or even sunflower seed butter. Just as creamy, and just as delicious!
- For a vegan version, swap out the cream cheese for a dairy-free alternative and use coconut cream in place of heavy cream.

- Apple slices. Peanut butter and apples is another classic combo!

Storage Instructions
This dip is perfect for prepping ahead of time! In fact, I recommend making it the night before. Just pop it in an airtight container and refrigerate it overnight. The flavors will meld together beautifully, and it will be even better the next day.
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge. It will keep for about 3-4 days. I’d be surprised if it lasts that long though!
Frequently Asked Questions
I wouldn't recommend freezing this dip. It has cream cheese in it and that tends to not freeze and thaw well.
You can add more powdered sugar to taste or even a little honey or maple syrup if you want to adjust the sweetness.
Absolutely! Using crunchy peanut butter will give the dip a little texture, but smooth peanut butter is more traditional.
