Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree Canned or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until the milkshake is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Enjoy your pumpkin spice milkshake right away while it's still thick and frosty. Storing it in the fridge can cause it to separate and lose its creamy texture.
  • You can totally freeze this recipe too! It's perfect for making yummy popsicles. Just pour the milkshake into your favorite popsicle mold and freeze it for at least 4 hours.
  • This recipe makes enough for two medium-sized milkshakes. If you're feeding a crowd, simply double or triple the ingredients—just check that your blender can handle the larger batch!
