Ingredients

  • ½ cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Almond milk or the milk of your choice
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until the smoothie is the consistency you desire.

Notes

  • This recipe makes one large smoothie or two small smoothies.  You can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd or for a large meal replacement.
  • If you are using all fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes.
  • For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes.  For a thinner smoothie, add more milk.
  • Feel free to add chia seeds, a scoop of protein powder, extra fruit, or a banana for some extra boost to this smoothie.
