- 4 cups Honeydew Melon Peeled, seeds removed, and cut into chunks.
- ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Peel the honeydew melon. Cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut the honeydew into chunks and add it to the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
- This recipe makes 2 smoothies or one large smoothie.
- Add a scoop of protein powder for extra protein. You can also change the flavor of Greek yogurt to your favorite Greek yogurt.
- When selecting a ripe honeydew, look for a fruit that feels heavy for its size and has a creamy yellow color on the rind with a slightly waxy texture. Additionally, give it a gentle press near the stem end - if it gives slightly and has a sweet aroma, it's a ripe honeydew!
