Sweet and Simple Honeydew Smoothie

A refreshing and simple smoothie, this Honeydew smoothie is perfect on hot Summer days and it's made with only 4 ingredients! Enjoy the sweetness of honeydew in this delicious smoothie!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Honeydew Melon Peeled, seeds removed, and cut into chunks.
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Peel the honeydew melon. Cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut the honeydew into chunks and add it to the blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.

Notes

  • This recipe makes 2 smoothies or one large smoothie. 
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for extra protein.  You can also change the flavor of Greek yogurt to your favorite Greek yogurt.
  • When selecting a ripe honeydew, look for a fruit that feels heavy for its size and has a creamy yellow color on the rind with a slightly waxy texture. Additionally, give it a gentle press near the stem end - if it gives slightly and has a sweet aroma, it's a ripe honeydew!
