- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 2 Limes Juiced
- ½ Red Onion Finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt Plus more if necessary
Cut the avocadoes in half and remove the pit and skin. Add the avocadoes to a large bowl. Juice the limes into the bowl and mash the avocadoes well.
Add the chopped red onion and salt. Mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
- If you are making this dip ahead of time, place it in an airtight container and add some lime juice to the top of the guacamole. Use within 24 hours of making it.
