This Key Lime Pie Milkshake tastes just like a traditional key lime pie. Rich, creamy, and sweet, it’s quick and easy to make for a fun, refreshing treat!
If you love this, I think you will enjoy my no bake key lime pie, too!

Every summer, I make lots of fruity desserts like my no bake raspberry cheesecake, no bake lemon cheesecake, and strawberry cheesecake dip. However, recently I ended up with quite a few key limes, and what better way to use them than in a key lime recipe?
Rather than make a whole pie from scratch, I opted to create a key lime milkshake, and it was an instant hit. Every sip brings all the flavors of the classic pie, but it’s a whole lot easier and way faster to make!
Even if you can’t find key limes, this milkshake turns out great. Just combine the ingredients, blend them up, and you’ll have a refreshing drink to cool off on a hot summer’s day.
Ingredients to Gather
You only need a few simple ingredients to make this creamy key lime milkshake!

- Vanilla Ice Cream. This creates a thick, creamy consistency with a sweet taste.
- Milk. Blends the ingredients. The higher the milk fat percentage, the creamier and richer your milkshake will be.
- Key Lime Juice. Infuse the shake with a tangy, citrusy flavor.
- Graham Crackers. These infuse the shake with the taste and texture of pie crust.
- Garnishes. Whipped cream and lime zest add extra flavor for a restaurant-worthy drink.
